Saturday, March 19th - Special Meeting of Members
Discussion topics will include long range planning, budget, and assessments.  Coffee and a light breakfast at 9:00am, followed by 10:00am meeting.

Road Maintenance
There will be a crew here on and off through the end of this month doing repairs to the front entrance, and also the edges of the main road (Wanta Hide Away) to prevent further erosion. 

Brush Pile and Tree Trimming
We have been notified by LCRA that the brush pile cannot touch the water, so it has been moved further up towards the road.  Also, please do NOT cut oak trees until late July when there is a lower risk of Oak Wilt infection.  Thanks for your assistance!

Burnet County Hazardous Household Waste Collection Event
Mark your calendars - this event is currently scheduled for May 21st.   A good chance to do spring cleaning and be kind to the environment.

Garage Sale Season
If you are interested in having a garage or yard sale this spring, let us know the dates and try to coordinate with your neighbors.  To prevent the gates being opened too many weekends, we are going to limit the # of sales to one per month, and will help get the word out to everyone.
