March Meeting Postponed!

Please note that the March 3rd meeting to discuss enforcement of the Subdivision Deed Restrictions and Covenants has been postponed.    We will notify everyone by mail when it will be rescheduled.  The board is currently having all of the subdivision covenants and association bylaws reviewed by a legal firm.  Once that review is complete we will share our findings with the community and have a discussion about how to best enforce and potentially rewrite some of our neighborhood covenants.  Our apologies for the late notice.

Interim Board Member Appointed

Lakeside Beach Civic Association is pleased to announce that Brooke Bulow has agreed to serve as a member of the Civic Association board through the end of this fiscal year.  Brooke brings extensive experience to the board having served as an executive for over 9 years with the Austin Homebuilders Association.
