Boil Water Advisory - Dec 6, 2018

Please note that Spicewood Beach and Lakeside Beach residents are under a boil water advisory while repairs are made to the water system.

Messaging on their website is as follows:
Due to repairs to the water system you may currently be experiencing low water pressure or a water outage.  Once service is restored, customers in the Spicewood and Lakeside Beach system will be under a precautionary boil water notice. As a precaution we are advising that all residents boil their water before using it.  To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to use. The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source.  We will contact you again once the water test results are received and the boil water notice is lifted.
