Annual Meeting - Saturday, June 2nd, 2018

MEETING NOTICE
The 2018 Annual Members Meeting of the Lakeside Beach Civic Association will be held on Saturday, June 2rd, 2018 at the Myers Community Center, located at 701 Wanta-Hide-Away, Spicewood, TX 78669.   Check in/Registration will begin at 9:00am with coffee, juice and light breakfast snacks.  The meeting will be called to order at 10:00 after all attendees have registered.  Proxy forms and/or absentee ballots are available from [email protected], or [email protected] and can also be downloaded from the MEMBERS section of this website.

PROXY FORMS
To be valid, a completed proxy form must be either delivered to the association mailing address or email address (below) before 5pm on Friday June 1, 2018 or presented at the Membership Meeting prior to the meeting being called to order

ABSENTEE BALLOTS
To be valid, a completed absentee ballot must be either delivered to the association mailing address or email address (below) before 5pm on Friday June 1, 2018 or presented at the Membership Meeting prior to the meeting being called to order.
