And the votes are in.  No new candidates were proposed for the 2018-19 fiscal year, so your current officers will remain in place.  They are: Michael Roberts, Jessie Iselt, Rocky Grimes, Karen Bruett and Brooke Bulow.   Contact information is available on the MEMBERS section of the website.

BOARD MEETING 6/20
At the next regular meeting of the board (to be held on Wednesday, June 20th at 5:00pm) officers will be elected, the budget for next year will be approved, and the calendar will be established.  For the official agenda please visit the MEMBERS section of the website.  Everyone welcome.

VEHICLE STICKERS & GUEST PASSES
Just a friendly reminder.  Summer is here - people are looking for lake access - and we are fortunate to have access to a PRIVATE boat ramp for property owners.  Use of the waterfront requires a property-owners vehicle sticker or guest pass.  Guest passes are available from any board member,  or Kathy Doss (our office manager).  But PLEASE make your plans in advance.  We all have lives, plans, and activities of our own and might not be here the day your guests arrive.

POOL LIMITS - 4 guests per property owner
We have a small pool.  And yes, we know some of you have big families but please be considerate of the fact that this pool serves over 120 homes and it is SMALL.  If you want a private pool, build one on your property ... else, please respect the limit and maybe consider using the lake when you have larger groups out to visit.   Wish we had a bigger pool, but that is just the way it is.  Thanks for considering the needs of the entire neighborhood.
