2017 Annual Meeting Recap

Thanks to everyone who attended the 2017 Annual Meeting.  We are fortunate to have a great little community, with so many residents who help take care of our subdivision.

CIVIC ASSOCIATION BOARD MEMBERS
At the 2017 Annual Property Owners Meeting a vote was taken to retain the current slate of officers.   Congratulations to Mike Roberts, Rocky Grimes, Jessie Iselt, Richard Villareal and Karen Bruett who will serve another term.

NEW GATE CONTROLLERS
Wednesday or Thursday of this week new gate controllers will be installed at the front entrance and the waterfront.   Existing remotes (clickers) will be programmed into the new system and should continue to work.  Should you experience any issues please contact [email protected] or [email protected].  We will also begin deactivating any remotes and gate codes that are not assigned to current residents/property owners, and are investigating the creation of temporary gate codes that can be shared with contractors and other non residents who need access to the subdivision from time to time.

VEHICLE STICKERS & GUEST PASSES
Residents and property owners are reminded that any vehicles using the community areas (lakefront, pool, community center) must have 2017-18 vehicle stickers or a guest pass.  Guest passes are available from any member of the board, as well as from Kathy Doss (office manager) and Tony Castillo (maintenance manager).  If you see a vehicle at the lake or at the pool without a valid sticker, please ask them to leave.  Trespassers should be reported to the Burnet County Sheriff Department.
